I’ll help you get to the root of what’s going on underneath the overthinking, spiraling, and self-blame. My style is warm, relational, and also honest, I’ll hold space for the hard stuff, but I’ll also gently challenge you when needed. And yes, there’s ALWAYS space for a little gossip, photo sharing, showing receipts, and catching up on the latest reality T.V. episode.
