As a trauma-informed therapist serving Texas and Colorado, I specialize in helping millennial women move through high-functioning anxiety, self-doubt, and people-pleasing patterns. This isn’t just venting for an hour (though we can do that too if you need it!).

I’ll help you get to the root of what’s going on underneath the overthinking, spiraling, and self-blame. My style is warm, relational, and also honest. I’ll hold space for the hard stuff, but I’ll also gently challenge you when needed. And yes, there’s ALWAYS space for a bit of gossip, photo sharing, showing receipts, and catching up on the latest reality TV episode.

I use a blend of:

  • EMDR therapy to help your brain process stuck patterns and memories

  • Somatic therapy to support nervous system regulation

  • Parts work to bring compassion to your inner critic and perfectionist voice

There will probably be tears. There will definitely be moments of “WTF am I doing?” And there will absolutely be moments of magic - you know, when do the scary thing anyway, or when something from your past finally clicks and you think, “Okay… that makes sense now.” Those are the moments that make it all worth it.
