Hi, there! I’m Lisa—a modern therapist for millennial women based in Austin, TX. I specialize in anxiety, EMDR, and working with women who are tired of overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, and constantly trying to hold it all together.
I consider myself a down-to-earth, deeply human therapist. That means I show up as my real self in every session (boundaried, of course)—because trust and connection matter. Healing happens when you feel safe to be your real self, too. I’ll celebrate your wins, sit with you in the mess, and gently challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
I’m here to help you finally put yourself first—and to slow down enough to hear what you actually need. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling grounded, fulfilled, and more connected—both to yourself and the life around you.
I believe deeply in the power of therapy—because I’ve seen it work, both personally and professionally. I care deeply about every client I work with, and I’ll be just as invested in you.
